Digital Products (eBooks & Downloadables)

All digital product sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on eBooks, workbooks, or downloadable materials once they have been delivered.

If you experience issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at support@brianhyppolite.com, and we’ll ensure you receive your item promptly.

Physical Books

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. However, we will gladly replace physical items that are:

Autographed Copies

Autographed or personalized copies are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or with a production defect. Each signed book is custom-prepared and holds unique value.

All music purchases—including albums, affirmation tracks, guided meditations, and instrumental downloads—are non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

🎓 Online Classes, Mentorships & Coaching Sessions

Your growth is your investment—and we honor the commitment it takes to do the inner work.

Mentorship Sessions & 1:1 Coaching:
Due to the personalized nature of mentorship and coaching, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for sessions already booked or completed.

If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to retain your session credit.

Online Classes & Live Events (Virtual):
Class and webinar fees are non-refundable, even if you miss the live session. However, replays are often made available to paid participants, and you can request access to the recording if applicable.

If a class or event is canceled by BrianHyppolite.com, a full refund or credit will be issued.
